There
are many tools that provide measurement data that, when analyzed properly,
yield actionable knowledge for a Six Sigma team. It may be data collected by a Yellow Belt in
a role-specific function. It may be a
larger sub-set of data collected over the life of the project. Either way, it needs to be collected and analyzed.
